For Large Groups

If you are planning a trip as part of a larger group, such as:

  • Schools
  • Churchs
  • Universities
  • Corporations
  • plus others ...

then ITHVC can help accomodate your entire group where we come to you!


For groups over 20 people, we charge a service fee of $25.00 per person, plus the vaccine costs. This fee would cover an on-site visit to deliver the vaccines, a presentation to the group, and prescriptions if necessary.

For each patient attending the group clinic, we require each person to complete a short medical questionnaire. This will help us determine what basic vaccinations may be required in addition to the vaccinations for your particular trip.

To speed up your group's on-site visit, this questionnaire is available online. We ask that each person complete the form before the group session.

For payments, please make cheques payable to International Travel Health and Vaccination Clinic.
