We operate 24/7 to match borrowers with lenders who may be able to help, regardless of credit history. All credit situations are welcome to apply through our service.

2. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

By using E transfer Loans Canada, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and a Canadian resident or citizen.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with a lender.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You are not using our service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• You understand that applying through our service does not guarantee loan approval.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of personal, financial, and employment information you submit. Intentional misrepresentation may result in denial of service and referral to appropriate authorities.

3. Referral and Lender Relationships

E transfer Loans Canada is not responsible for the actions, terms, or conduct of any lending partner. When we refer you to a lender, you enter into a direct relationship with that lender. Any loan agreement, privacy practices, or disputes are governed by the lender's own terms and the laws of your province.

Lenders in our network are licensed or otherwise authorized to operate in their respective provinces under Canadian financial services regulations. We do not guarantee the legitimacy, solvency, or quality of service of any partner lender.

4. Fees and Compensation

E transfer Loans Canada does not charge you a fee to use our referral service. However, lenders may charge interest, fees, and other costs as disclosed in their loan agreements. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all terms and costs before accepting a loan.

We may receive compensation from lending partners for successful referrals. This does not affect the price or terms you are offered by a lender.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
